Asia Sales Manager

Areas of responsibility:
SKYLOCK, part of the Avnon Group is looking for a sales Manager for the Asian market.
Establish a wide network of end-users, partners, agents and distributors in the region.
Manage and lead the techno-commercial sessions, presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Participate and represent the Company in relevant HLS and Security related domestic and international exhibitions.
Matrix management of various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle – including account team members: Pre-Sales and project manager, as well as Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance and more.

Requirements:
• Background in HLS/Defense sectors –. advantage
• 2+ years of proven experience in integration projects sales.
• An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains.
• Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives.
• Works independently in an evolving dynamic environment.
• Attention to details, accuracy and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems.
• Ability to adapt to, build and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills
• Fluent English – MUST

Sales Coordinator

Areas of responsibility:
The position of Sales Coordinator provides fantastic experience in telecommunication and paperwork management, and is well suited for anyone with a marketing background. A Sales Coordinator requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, able to respond to any enquiries via telephone or computer, so computer literacy is a vital asset.

Requirements:
  • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
  • Primarily assists the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation.
  • Prepare and then follow up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Must be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
  • Liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.
  • Must also be able to work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
  • The Sales Coordinator may also be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
  • A Sales Coordinator may be responsible for overseeing any supercharges and evaluating any alterations to both external and internal staff.

Africa Sales Manager
