Sales Manager

Description:

Skylock is seeking a sales Manager for the ASIA / AFRICA / LATAM market. Establish a wide network of end-users, partners, agents, and distributors in the region. Manage and lead the techno-commercial sessions, presentations, and demonstrations to potential customers. Participate and represent the Company in relevant HLS and security-related domestic and international exhibitions. Matrix management of various stakeholders throughout the sales cycle -including account team members: Pre-Sales and project manager, as well as Operations, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and more.

Requirements:

  • Background in Defence sectors
  • Mandatory 2+ years of proven experience in integration project sales.
  • Mandatory Successful Experience in selling complex technological Hardware Solutions
  • Mandatory Fluent English – Mandatory Fluent Spanish – Mandatory for LATAM Fluent French
  • Mandatory for AFRICA Technical Orientation
  • Mandatory An autodidact professional with strong analytical skills, eager to learn new domains. Proven ability to prioritize competing needs of multiple, rapidly evolving tasks and initiatives. Works independently in an evolving dynamic environment. Attention to detail, accuracy, and precision. Independently identifying and solving problems. Ability to adapt to, build, and maintain relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders. Strong communication skills, oral and written with excellent presentation and demonstration skills
